What is a bulk delete?

A bulk delete allows you to remove large numbers of users quickly from the platform.

Who can bulk delete?

All Admins of the platform have access to bulk delete.

What format does the bulk delete require?

CSV format. There is an example template available to download if needed. 

What user information does the platform require to bulk delete?

The User's email address only. 

What should my CSV layout look like?

Ensure there is only one column with a header of 'Email'. 

How do you bulk delete? 

Go to the Admin area of the platform and navigate to 'Users' in the sidebar. Simply press the 'bulk delete' button and upload your CSV file. You will then be presented with a list of the users, and asked to confirm their deletion by pressing the 'delete users' button.
