To control who can view and who can share content navigate to Admin > Content Access. Here you will be able to manage access for Mindset modules, Lessons topics and Assessments.
You have 3 options to manage access:
- You can set content to be public. This will make content available to all users on the platform.
- You can choose to just let people with the Manager's permission either view, or view and share, so that they can assign it to their team too.
- You can add an access condition. This is where you would select one of your 'select list' User field options and decide if they can just view or share.
Remember to scroll to the bottom and save changes!
Tip! - Using the Access Conditions is great if you have a User Field that is 'Department' for example. This way you could set your L&D department up so that they are able to see and share content with their team.
Users will not be automatically notified if content is made available to them in the above ways. Why not use the Comms Tool to send them an email and let them know what's available?
