What are insights?

Insights show you trends and summaries of your users and groups.

Which Solutions can I see Insights for?

Mindset only. 

Who can see insights?

All admins have access to view the insights.

What do the Mindset insights show?

Mindset insights do not show any individual responses, but it will roll up your users' module ‘outcomes’ to give an overview of their Mindsets – i.e. 50/55 users are showing as having Imposter Syndrome.

Insights also provide a progress summary of started/completed rates for each module, alongside the overall satisfaction rating given by users. 

Can I filter the insights?

Insights are filterable by your groups and user fields on the platform to allow you to gain overviews for each group/user field and a deeper level of insight. 

How many groups can I filter by?

You can select multiple groups to see combined insights.

How many user fields can I filter by?

You can select multiple user fields to see combined insights.

REPORTS

What are reports?

Reports allow you to track progress and see users started and completed status.

Who can see reports?

All admins have access to view reports.

Which Solutions can I see reports for?

Reports are available for Mindset, Lessons, and Assessments content.

Can I filter the reports?

Yes. Reports are filterable by your groups and user fields on the platform to allow you to gain finer detail of users' progress. You can also select multiple options to see reports of combined groups of users.

Can I view a specific user's progress?

Yes, you can search for an individual user by entering their name into the search bar.  

Are the reports downloadable?

Yes, you can download a report into CSV format by selecting the ‘Export CSV’ button. This will allow you to manipulate the data to your needs.
