This Assessment will build a profile based on the users' answers to the Coaching Capability Assessment. It focuses on capabilities around holding coaching conversations as a leader and covers four areas which are key to doing this:

- Coach Mindset

- Emotional Intelligence

- Communication Skills

- Outcome Focused

Once completed the profile that the user will be presented with includes development points relevant to help them enhance their abilities to hold powerful conversations.

It will also assign them relevant Mindset & Lessons content if applicable, based on their responses.
