Welcome to the Coaching Culture platform!
Great news, you have been set up as a MANAGER.
As a Manager on the Coaching Culture platform you are able to:
- Create your own team
Navigate to the ‘My Team’ Section on the left hand menu. Here you can create new relationships and manage any current relationships.
- Assign content to your team
As a Manager on the platform you have the ability to not only complete Modules yourself, you can also assign them! Assign a Module to a user from the Module library by clicking ‘Assign’.
- See your Team's Mindset Insights
In the ‘My Teams’ Section, navigate to ‘Insights’ in the left-hand menu to see insights from the modules your team have completed.
- Remove team members
If you ever need to, you can also remove a relationship with a user from the ‘My Team’ page. This won’t delete the user from the platform it will simply remove them from your ‘Team’
