If you need to edit, cancel or reschedule a conversation it is easy. 

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar -> ‘Conversations’ to see a list of upcoming and past conversations. blue means not yet held, green means completed and red means cancelled. 
  2. Use the calendar to select the date range the conversation is in. The calender defaults to the current month. You can also use the filter to select a certain direct report. 
  3. To cancel press ‘Options' -> 'Cancel' and it will ask you if you want to cancel just one occurrence or all occurrences. This will now appear red in the list. 
  4. To reschedule press 'Options' -> 'Reschedule' select a new date and time and press save and that occurrence will be updated.
  5. If you want to update the purpose, outcome or discussion points press 'Go To Conversation' and make your updates. 

You will also be able to see any agenda/questions added by your direct report, these are marked in orange.
