If you need to edit, cancel or reschedule a conversation it is easy.
- Navigate to the left sidebar -> ‘Conversations’ to see a list of upcoming and past conversations. blue means not yet held, green means completed and red means cancelled.
- Use the calendar to select the date range the conversation is in. The calender defaults to the current month. You can also use the filter to select a certain direct report.
- To cancel press ‘Options' -> 'Cancel' and it will ask you if you want to cancel just one occurrence or all occurrences. This will now appear red in the list.
- To reschedule press 'Options' -> 'Reschedule' select a new date and time and press save and that occurrence will be updated.
- If you want to update the purpose, outcome or discussion points press 'Go To Conversation' and make your updates.
You will also be able to see any agenda/questions added by your direct report, these are marked in orange.
