Ensure that conversations are scheduled for the future with your direct reports and include prep and discussion points you want to cover.
- Navigate to the left sidebar -> ‘Conversations’
- Press ‘Schedule Conversation
- Select the direct report you want to have the conversation with.
- If you can’t see any users here, you will need to set your team up. Go to ‘My Team’ in the sidebar and add your direct reports
- Complete the remaining fields and then pick the conversation type. These are predefined discussion points to form the agenda that both you and your direct report will see. You can add, delete and reorder the questions in the conversation or even pick questions from the Coaching library of over 200 coaching questions.
Done! The conversation will now show in your ‘Upcoming Conversations’ list
