Making notes, setting actions and reviewing goals.
- When you are ready to have the conversation press ‘Go To Conversation’
- You will have tabs that will show:
- The conversation, purpose, outcome, discussion points and notes thread
- Your direct reports goals, where you can review, edit and add goals
- Content where you can see progress and assign new modules
- Actions where you can see all of you outstanding and completed actions from previous conversations
- Feedback your direct report has sent or received
- Conversation history including notes from previous conversations that you have held
- Any relevant documents attached to the conversation
- Add your notes. Once a note is added you can navigate out of the conversation and they will still be available when you return.
- Capture notes that you want to be available for your direct report in Public Notes
- If you wish to make notes only you can see add them to Private Notes
- Add actions
- Add more discussion points or look for coaching questions in the coaching library
- Once you are happy press ‘complete conversation’. You will still be able to make notes and they are time and date stamped but you won't be able to edit anything else.
- You will now see the conversation in your past conversations list highlighted in green.
Did you know, that your direct report can also make notes in the thread and it will be updated every 30 seconds so that you can see them?
