You can define the types of conversations that your managers can have and define prompt questions.


  1. Navigate to ‘Admin’ -> ‘Platform settings’ -> ‘Conversation Types
  2. Press ‘+ Add new conversation type’
  3. Name the conversation. Example ‘Weekly 1:1’
  4. Give the conversation a description to help managers decide which conversation type when scheduling
  5. Add as many discussion points as you want. They will appear as an agenda and question points for both the manager and direct report in the conversation. 
    1. Discussion points can be added manually or you can add them from the Coaching Library, where you will find over 200 coaching questions. 

 

Tip! You can change the order that the conversation types and discussion points display by dragging and dropping them into place.
