Work gets busy, and we all need a reminder from time to time that help is available for us. A couple of ideas to ensure that you have a plan to engage your employees:

1. Engagement Calendar

Throughout the year run engagement campaigns in line with national awareness days that may be happening. For instance, in April for Stress Awareness month why not promote the Mindset modules Stress Test, Resilience and Wellbeing alongside the Lessons topics Coaching for delegation and Coaching for time management.

You can also populate the calendar with your own internal events too!

2. Engagement Competition

In a good old fashioned competition, set 3 modules and give everyone a week to complete them and anyone that completes all three in that week gets put into a draw to win a prize! You will be easily able to track this with the platform's insights.

What's worked for you? Let us know if you have ran a successful campaign, we would love to share this here to the whole customer community, simply email us at success@coachingculture.com

3. Group sessions

Host interactive sessions whereby groups of users work collaboratively through Lessons topics for example, and offer the chance to practice their coaching skills in a safe place with example scenarios. Follow this up with a coaching conversation to help embed the practice.

4. A couple ways to engage employees with Mindset Modules

  • Ask employee's to choose a module topic they are interested in, another module based on feedback they have given themselves (i.e. I'm too much of a people pleaser), and a third module based on feedback they have received from other people. This can be from both personal and work experiences and can be a great starting point.
  • Hold a group session whereby employees come together and share their outcomes and reflections on their Mindset Module profile outcome. At this point you could move onto a more general discussion on the topic i.e. if the module was growth mindset, ask questions such as:
    • What are your attitudes towards learning new things?
    • How do you feel when you are offered feedback?
    • Think of a time when you displayed a growth mindset and what was the outcome?
