Developing high performing teams is an important area for organisations. This short feedback survey will allow you to collect your organisation's thoughts and views on its teams, where they are performing well and where they could improve.
This template uses free type questions and the 'dots' rating.
- Are aware of the organisational purpose, values and objectives and their role within them
- Know each other personally and appreciate what each other brings to the team
- Demonstrate a high degree of trust between each other
- Offer healthy challenge, of each other and the status quo
