When it is time for you to request some feedback, you will be sent an email and you will find the campaign in the feedback page.

To send the campaign out to your respondents to get feedback there are a few steps to follow:

  1. Press
  2. You'll see some instructions and be able to see who your feedback will be visible to, along with being able to view the questions that are going to be asked.
  3. Continue and add the email addresses of the people that you would like to get feedback from. There may be a minimum number.
  4. Add a deadline - this will send a reminder to them automatically.
  5. You have the option to edit the email that they receive to make it more personal if you wish.
  6. Once you press 'Continue' the email request will be sent to the people that you have specified. Don't worry if you have missed some people - you can add them or send them a link.
  7. You will see a Thank You page where you can copy the link for your feedback to share via your own email or messaging system.
  8. Don't forget to self reflect and complete the survey yourself.
