Our Feedback tool is an easy way to ensure that giving and receiving feedback becomes a part of everyday life. It collects and analyses responses in a straightforward way, and is completely customisable. 

Below are the different rating options that are available to choose from when creating a feedback form. You can choose any combination from the following ratings. 

Tip! On the summary reports for the admin and the user, if you choose to use Numbers, Faces or Stars throughout your form you will see average scores. This will not work if you choose to have different rating options; it is only applicable for Numbers, Faces or Stars.
