If you want to see how a campaign is going navigate to Admin > Feedback > Campaigns and then press on the Campaign name that you are interested in.

You will now be presented with two main sections of information:

  1. The user list - This will show you how many respondents the user has specified to give feedback and how many responses they have received.
    • If the User name is green then it will mean that on that campaign Admins have been set as being able to see an individual's feedback. If you click on this you will be taken to the user's campaign and see just their respondent's feedback.
    • If the User has not yet got any respondents you can nudge them and send an email reminding them to request feedback.
    • Note - The user can use a link to ask people to respond so respondents will not always be higher than responses.
    • Tip! The average score will only show if you have used either the Star rating or the Number rating throughout the form when you are creating it.
  2. The Campaign users' overall report - This is useful to see a snapshot of how that group on the campaign is scoring as a whole and if the highest and lowest scores are close or vastly different. It shows:
    1. The count of Respondents, Responses and No opportunity to observe each question.
    2. The campaign's total average, rights and lowest rating for each question.
    3. And the count of responses for the free text question
    4. You can print or save this report as a PDF
