What is a Feedback campaign?

A Feedback campaign is a feedback request an Admin has sent to a user(s) to allow the user to gain individual feedback on themselves.

Campaigns require feedback forms to be sent out. The feedback form is a set of questions that can be used in multiple campaigns. A campaign is where you decide who you want to get feedback from and the settings, such as if it is transparent or anonymous and who can see the results.

Who can access the Feedback campaign area?

Only Admins have access to this area.

What can I do/see in the Feedback campaign area?

  1. This area allows Admins to create and send out a new campaign to users.
  2. Admins can also view a summary table of all campaigns that have been sent out. The table provides useful information for each campaign, such as the total number of users it was sent to, the total number of responses the user(s) has received, and the date the campaign was created.

This is super useful! What else can I see?

Admins can click on each campaign to see more in-depth information. This includes:

  • A list of all users included in the campaign
  • Respondent and response rates for each user
  • A report containing combined overall summaries of all responses from all users,  for each rating question.
