Set shared goals for the whole team of direct reports.


  1. Set team goals so that your direct reports can understand the bigger picture. 
  2. Navigate to ‘My Team’ go to the tab called 'Team Goals' and press ‘Add new team goal’ 
  3. Give it a name and description. 
  4. When your direct reports are setting their individual goals this will appear in the associated goals list. 
  5. Once a team goal is no longer relevant then click the three dots and press delete.
