Set shared goals for the whole team of direct reports.
- Set team goals so that your direct reports can understand the bigger picture.
- Navigate to ‘My Team’ go to the tab called 'Team Goals' and press ‘Add new team goal’
- Give it a name and description.
- When your direct reports are setting their individual goals this will appear in the associated goals list.
- Once a team goal is no longer relevant then click the three dots and press delete.
