You can define names that you want to give to goals and sub-goals and add fields that your employees should complete

  1. Navigate to ‘Admin’ -> ‘Platform settings’ -> ‘Goals Configuration’
  2. Alter the terminology. For example, a Goal could be an Objective and a Sub-goal a Key result if you run OKRs. These changes will be represented across the platform. 
  3. As standard when a user sets the Goals they will be able to give it a name and due date. If you would like them to complete other fields press ‘+ Add new field’. 

TIP – Any new fields will be added below the description of the goal and the due date
