Set your org and shared goals so that your employees understand how their personal goals impact the bigger picture.
- Navigate to ‘Admin’ -> 'Platform Settings -> ‘Organisation Goals’ and press ‘+Add new organisation goal’
- Name the Goal and give it a description for more context
- If you want to apply the goal to the whole organisation press ‘save’ and you are done.
- If you want to apply to 1 or more user fields toggle off.
- Choose the condition, you will be presented with user fields and their options.
- Decide if you want the goal to be visible to a user based on ‘any’ or ‘all’ of the conditions you have set.
