Set your org and shared goals so that your employees understand how their personal goals impact the bigger picture.


  1. Navigate to ‘Admin’ -> 'Platform Settings -> ‘Organisation Goals’ and press ‘+Add new organisation goal’
  2. Name the Goal and give it a description for more context
  3. If you want to apply the goal to the whole organisation press ‘save’ and you are done. 
  4. If you want to apply to 1 or more user fields toggle off. 
  5. Choose the condition, you will be presented with user fields and their options. 
  6. Decide if you want the goal to be visible to a user based on ‘any’ or ‘all’ of the conditions you have set.
