Types of Goal
 There are a number of types of goals that can be added to the platform

• Organisation Goals
  • These are set by the admin and can be seen by everyone on the platform
• Shared Goals
  • These are set by the admin and use conditions to decide who they are available to based on the User Fields you have set up. Perhaps you have divisional goals, this is great for those. 
• Team Goals
  • The manager sets these for their direct reports. 
• Individual Goal
  • The user sets these and can connect to any of the goals above.
