Measures are a continuous rating, your Admin will have created Measures that are appropriate for your organisation. As a manager all you need to do is update the Measures for your team as and when there has been a change.
Your team will not see their own Measures, but they will be available for the Admins to view.
To access Measures go to 'My Team' in the sidebar then go to the Tab called 'Measures'
Here you will be able to:
- See all of you direct reports
- See the Measures and their ratings
- Change a rating for an individual by clicking on the label - a list will then open up
- See the date that you last updated
- See the trends over time by clicking on the chart Icon and using the tabs to see the change in Measures over time
- See your team plotted on to a dynamic matrix so it is easy to identify strengths and opportunities
Your organisation will set how often you need to review your team's Measures, and you will receive an email reminder for this. To update, you can either change the rating or if the rating is accurate press the tick to the right of that user to confirm that they are correct.
