You can define the Measures for your organisation and the ratings that are used for those Measures.
- Navigate to 'Admin' -> 'Platform Settings' -> 'Measures'
- To add a new Measure press 'Add New Measure', here you will give the Measure a name and then set up the ratings.
- To edit existing rating press on the pencil icon, here you can change the name and the ratings. This will be reflected in the platform immediately.
- Set how often you would like managers to update their measures. This will mean that once the number of days pass that you set the manager will get an email to remind them to update or confirm the accuracy of the Measures they have set.
Tip! Keep the names of the Measures and the names of the ratings short so that they fit on the table in a readable format
