Once your managers are capturing and updating their Measures your view will continuously update making it easy to spot trends and look for opportunities and risks. 

To access Measures go to 'Admin' in the sidebar under 'Insights' go to 'Performance Insights' and then the tab called 'Measures' 

Here you will be able to:

  1. See all of employees and their managers
  2. See the Measures, their ratings and when they were last updated
  3. Utilise the search to find specific users
  4. See the trends over time by clicking on the chart Icon and using the tabs to see the change in Measures over time
  5. Export the data to CSV for further analysis
  6. See your organisation plotted onto a dynamic matrix so it is easy to identify strengths and opportunities, you are able to select to show any two markers at a time. 

Tip! - Hover over the numbered circle on the matrix to see the user that fall in to that box
