The Mindset modules have been created with you at the forefront of everything we do. Their aim is to give you the self-awareness to allow you to develop the best version of yourself. The goal of Mindset is to raise awareness about who you are, understand what you do and learn to self-coach. The flow you will follow in a module is:
- Self-assessment - You will carry out a short self-assessment on each module that asks searching questions to identify how you behave and respond to different situations.
- Profile outcome - Depending upon the profile outcome and the module, you will be given recommendations to carry out micro-coaching exercises to further develop your self-awareness. These exercises are designed to fit into your working day and if you need, you can schedule them as a calendar reminder to complete at a later date.
- Mindset Coach - Your Mindset Coach will explain your profile outcome in more depth, what it means and how you can develop further. This can be reviewed either as a video or as a written transcript. Using this, you can understand your mindset better, and you can gather your personal reflections about it.
- Micro-coaching - Depending upon your profile outcome and the module, you will be given recommendations to carry out micro-coaching exercises to further develop your self-awareness. These exercises are designed to fit into your working day and if you need, you can schedule them as a calendar reminder to complete at a later date.
- Challenges - You will be encouraged to take up a challenge to put your new learnings into practice. As part of that challenge, you will be encouraged to inspire your collages with your new learnings, and to begin using your own coaching skills within your organisation.
