If you want to see how a campaign is going navigate to Admin > Surveys > Campaigns and then press on the Campaign name that you are interested in. 

You will now be presented with two main sections of information:

  1. The user list - This will show you who the survey was sent to and if they have completed the survey. 
    • If the User has not yet responded you can nudge them and send an email reminding them to complete the survey. 
    • You can add more respondents if any were missed. 
  2. The results - This will show the results for each question
    1. The scores will be represented in a horizontal bar chart for you to identify the highest and lowest scores easily
    2. An average score for the question will also be presented
    3. The written responses are paginated. 
    4. You are able to print or save the results as a PDF. 
    5. Names are not on the responses for anonymity
