If you want to see how a campaign is going navigate to Admin > Surveys > Campaigns and then press on the Campaign name that you are interested in.
You will now be presented with two main sections of information:
- The user list - This will show you who the survey was sent to and if they have completed the survey.
- If the User has not yet responded you can nudge them and send an email reminding them to complete the survey.
- You can add more respondents if any were missed.
- The results - This will show the results for each question
- The scores will be represented in a horizontal bar chart for you to identify the highest and lowest scores easily
- An average score for the question will also be presented
- The written responses are paginated.
- You are able to print or save the results as a PDF.
- Names are not on the responses for anonymity
