What is a Survey campaign?
A Survey campaign is a feedback request an Admin has sent to a user(s) to allow the user to give feedback to the organisation
Campaigns require survey forms to be sent out. The survey form is a set of questions that can be used in multiple campaigns. A campaign is where you decide who you want to get feedback from and the settings such as editing the email you want the platform to send.
Who can access the Survey campaign area?
Only Admins have access to this area.
What can I do/see in the Survey campaign area?
- This area allows Admins to create and send out a new campaign to users.
- Admins can also view a summary table of all campaigns that have been sent out. The table also provides useful information for each campaign, such as the total number of responses, the response rate percentage and the date the campaign was sent
This is super useful! What else can I see?
Admins can click on each campaign to see more in-depth information. This includes:
- A list of all users included in the campaign
- Completion status and the ability to nudge users
- A report containing the results for each question and the average for rating questions.
