Some ideas on how to use the Survey Tool:

1. Understand the perception of your culture

Curate a set of questions to really gauge a real understanding on how employees perceive the culture in your organisation. Spot your weak points and create an action plan then create a loop.

2. Understand the wellbeing trends in your organisation

Getting to know your trends in wellbeing gives you a chance to reduce absenteeism and increase engagement by finding out the areas where you need to support employees more.

3. Discover engagement gaps and create action plans

Get to know what is engaging and disengaging your employees. Give your employees a voice to let you know how it really is.  

4. Gain votes for your value champions

Get your employees input on who should be nominated for an quarterly culture and values award. For each value ask you employees to nominate an employee that demonstrates a particular value and provide evidence. This can then be presented to a panel. 

5. Gain users feedback of the platform

Why not ask your users about their experience with the Coaching Culture Platform so far. Some ideas could be to ask users what they enjoyed the most, how easy it was to access, how it will support them in their role, and their ideas on how the content could be used further in your organisation. Let users know their feedback has been heard, and share it with others.
