Yes of course! The bulk upload not only uploads new people to the platform, but it can be used to update your current users in bulk too!
Updates you can perform include:
- adding new user field to users
- updating current user fields
- add user's to more groups
- update user's names etc.
During the bulk upload process, you can tell the platform which information you wish for it to focus on, and as a result, only the fields you select will be updated. Therefore, you do not need to re-select every other field or group if they contain no changes.
It’s good to also be aware that a bulk upload will never remove information such as groups people belong to, it will only add, or update. And it also won’t duplicate any users either!
