The Platform allows you to set 3 different types of access for users of the platform. See below for what the different types are, and what each access allows for a user:
1. Manager
Allows the ability to create relationships with their direct reports on the platform and therefore have the ability to manage their 'team'. Managers can then assign content to their direct reports, view their feedback reports (if enabled) and schedule conversations etc.
2. User Admin
Allows access to the Admin area, but only to the People areas. This means they only have access to add, remove and edit users.
3. Organisation Admin
Allows full admin access of the platform and all areas. Assigning a user with this access will override all other accesses above.
You can assign platform access to users via two methods - 1) Manually per user via the User area, or 2) In bulk by performing a user bulk upload.
