If you have 'Team View' enabled on your platform your managers will be able to see Red, Green, and Orange indicators next to each of their team members. Each team member will have a colour indicator next to their: Goals, Conversations, Continuous Feedback, and Measures. This will allow managers to quickly see at a glance their team's progress, and where attention may need to be focused. 

What are the triggers for Red, Green, Orange?

Each colour is pre-set by the platform by default, and follows the below rules:

GOALS

• RED - If every goal set is overdue, if no goals have ever been set, or If there has been more than 14 days since the last completed goal.
• GREEN - If there is at least one, active, not overdue goal  
• ORANGE - anything else

CONVERSATIONS

• RED - if the last conversation was more than 14 days ago and there is no scheduled conversation within the next 14 days
• GREEN - if the last conversation was less than 14 days ago and there is a scheduled conversation within the next 14 days 
• ORANGE - anything else

CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK

• RED - time since last feedback is more than 30 days ago
• GREEN - time since last feedback is less than 14 days ago
• ORANGE - time since last feedback is less than 30 days ago, but more than 14 days ago

MEASURES

• RED - time since measures were last reviewed is more than 30 days ago
• GREEN - time since measures were last reviewed is less than 14 days ago
• ORANGE - time since measures were last reviewed is less than 30 days ago, but more than 14 days ago
